Join us on June 16 for the Next Conversation!
Staying true to its mission, the Directors' Forum recently launched a series of online discussions for credit union and caisses populaires Board Directors.
"Directors on Directors: Sharing Our COVID Concerns and Pandemic Priorities" is a series of free, facilitated and interactive discussions with the objective of providing a platform for system directors to share information, best practices and talk about the challenges facing their organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
The first session, "Enhancing Remote Board Meetings: An Interactive Discussion," took place on June 2nd and was a great success! Directors shared some challenges and best practices around how to make our remote board meetings more effective. Participants were also given hands-on tips and demonstrations on how to use some of the capabilities that Zoom provides, to help make the most out of these meetings. Check out the Executive Summary here.
We are pleased to host our second free session next week...read on for more details!
