Black lives matter today, tomorrow, and every day. The Healthy Living Program stands in solidarity with the black community. We are committed to raising awareness and educating the FIU community on racial injustice and inequality.

- We’ve added an IG Live Stream session we hosted this month called Wellness and Activism to our IG TV and to our youtube channel. See below to view.

-Additionally, we’ve created a new program called Educate 2 Elevate, which is a Kahoot! game night to educate students on anything & everything having to do with racial injustice, inequality and the black experience in America.


We understand this is just the start in doing our part, and we remain open to ways we can continue to grow and improve for the better - TOGETHER. Because together, we can make a difference! So we want to ask: How can we do better and become a better ally? Email us at

Relax, Feel Good, and Be Well With HLP

We wanted to let you guys know first -  Starting this week, HLP will be offering 1-on-1 sound therapy sessions via zoom!

Sound Therapy uses a variety of crystal singing bowls that produce different frequencies to correlate with the chakras in the body. Our 10 minutes sessions will leave you feeling like you're in a clearer, more balanced headspace, amazing right? Call (305)348-4020 to book an appointment today!
