The first webinars about the FAO International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture is now available
- EDITORIAL -
Europe - Every cloud has a silver lining. So the sars-cov 2 has allowed that, instead of the beloved physically Let's Liberate Diversity! forum,  we have made a series of webinars and now the FIRST ONE is present on the YouTube channel of EC-LLD, sign up to be involved! 

During the 4 webinars we managed to reach small seed savers associations and networks, farmers, researchers or realities that we would never have met. A total of 80 participants from different countries, that now we (and they) are in touch.
 
And as for all the biodiversity actions in Brussels, what happened after these difficult times? Give a look to the 4th issue of Brussel sprouts and at all the news from the different european organizations.
Since our annual 11th Let's Liberate Diversity ! meeting has been postponed, here a series of “On Air” webinars.

The first one is with Riccardo Bocci (Rete Semi Rurali) and updates us about the FAO Treaty about the Art. 6 (sustainable use) and 9 (Farmers' Rights). He partecipated at the last session of the Governing Body of the Treaty and shows the outcomes.

This can help you to understand the legal framework about agrobiodiversity, how to work  with it and how to exchange seeds (protocols of exchange under the treaty).  

- COMMUNICATIONS -

  EC-LLD! 
The physical 11th LLD meeting has been moved to 16/18 October 2020 hoping that by that date the situation will be resolved.
