Change Fee Waiver

Passengers traveling from the impacted cities listed below are permitted to make a one-time voluntary change to their plans within the parameters provided.

2. Rebooking Procedures:
Travel agencies may make changes to tickets they have issued by entering the waiver code in the Endorsement Box of the reissued ticket as well as in the OSI field of the PNR under the following conditions.
a) Change fee will be waived provided change is made prior to the original ticketed travel date
b) Other than the waived change fee, all other original ticketed fare rule provisions will still apply. Fare must be recalculated based on the original ticketed fare, which may result in a fare difference.
