Modified Phase 1 Reopening Plan Approved 


On June 5, Washington State approved King County's plan to allow limited and modified openings for a wide range of businesses, recreation, and personal activities. 

The intent is to ensure social distancing and to limit time of indoor activities. 

Quick Summary

Restaurants: Outdoor dining services at 50% capacity, indoor dining services at 25% capacity

In-store Retail: Operate at 15% capacity, encouraging indoor visits to less than 30 minutes

Personal Services (i.e. hair, nails, estheticians): 25% capacity or one person if single bed/chair studio

Professional Services: 25% capacity, encourage indoor visits to less than 30 minutes

Construction: All activities may resume
