Closing Newsletter for 2019-20 School Year

Greetings!

This is the last newsletter for this school year. We just have a few items that we need to cover before we take a break for the summer.

First we want to congratulate our eighth graders as they leave us to move upward to high school. They celebrated with a graduation mass on Tuesday evening. It was good to see everyone once again. I found a photo as I was cleaning up my classroom of the group during Catholic Schools Week when they were in first grade. The group has change over the years, but their energy and love for GA still stood strong. Congratulations Class of 2020! We will miss you!

We also celebrated our last school mass of the season. At that mass we wished Mrs. Lovegreen and Fr. Deziel all the best as their time at Guardian Angels is drawing to an end. May God Bless them in all that they do in the future. We will miss them.

The teachers and staff wish you all a fun, safe, and healthy summer. See you all in the fall!

Free Meals for Kids Mobile App

The Free Meals for Kids app helps families and kids locate free healthy meals across Minnesota during the pandemic. The app is powered by GPS and shows locations of meal sites that are providing meals and meal packs, with days and hours for distribution. The app is updated daily. Download the app at Apple App or Google Play stores. Visit Hunger Impact Partners for more information, a Q&A and downloadable outreach materials in multiple translations. This app replaces the Summer Eats MN app promoted last summer.
