A meditation for you

This week's meditation is brought to you by Sandy Barnard.  Sandy grew up running around and playing hide-n-seek in Augustana, but left in 2013 to attend college in Iowa and then to work in Oakland, California.  They have recently returned to Chicago, however, and have been participating in the Black Lives Matter protests.  Their meditation this week is upon those protests and how a reading of Amos can inform the way we view them.  As always, you can read the meditation on Augusutana's website.

We have run out of volunteers to write meditations and the parish administrator has almost run out of people she can bully into writing, so if this is something you enjoy, please consider writing one yourself!  Email Shelley any time and let her know that you have a favorite verse and passage that you'd like to share with others.
