You're doing great work. And lets give virtual high-fives to the papa of Bow Hill, our wonderful and amazing co-owner, Harley! He's really the best (well, him and Susan). His laugh is infectious, he's so very patient, and never (we mean NEVER) misses an opportunity to a) learn something new and b) share a story. Harley is relentless about food safety and his life goal is to make sure packages get out the same day ordered (unless, of course, you order after the mail has gone out — then you're just messing with his heart).

Harley loves to grill and roast (and we do not mind). He also loves to play around with flavors, which has opened our minds to a wonderful world of culinary possibilities. Who'd have thought (well, other than Harley) to use our powder as a dry rub? And to use the marinade like barbeque sauce? And then to put the two together. Genius! Harley is also pretty into our juice (a total understatement) and, again, playing around with options and ingredients for that product too! Harley says his favorite is mixed with vodka with some frozen blueberries acting as ice cubes and "I basically add [Bow Hill blueberry juice] to everything. Even nice single malt scotch."

Bow Hill's walk-up window for is open Monday through Saturday, 10 to 5, and Sunday 11 to 5. We will happily bring your pre-ordered products to you if you call us at (360) 399-1006 when you arrive. Our online store is open 24/7 and Father's Day orders need to be placed by 2 PM PST June 17th to ensure** delivery in time.
