I don’t usually remark on our personal ministry to our local body, because I am aware of how easy it is to misinterpret something mentioned to be the proverbial “blowing one’s own horn”. There are times, however, when as those who speak into things, you feel the pressure of the Hoy Spirit. Women can identify with that. It’s akin to being heavy “with child” and finally comes the moment of delivery. Prophets, I know, feel the same way. I think Jeremiah felt it when although he was pained to deliver the word of the Lord, he had to do it. He described it as “fire shut up in his bones”.

My husband spoke online yesterday, his message was entitled “The Power of One” He mentioned a lot of things that I feel took courage. If you haven’t yet watched or listened, I highly urge you to do so. Most probably some hearing would not agree with what he said, however, there comes a time when we have a responsibility before GOD to say and do what He is telling us to do, and not fear that even as leaders we would offend the sensibilities of some. We leave that in the hand of the Lord and ask the Holy Spirit to comfort and lead us into ALL TRUTH. Jesus alone is the epitome of TRUTH. May we be continually led into hearing from Him only.

We are living in extraordinary days. As believers, we need to be as the men of Issachar knowing and understanding our times, and not just knowing and being aware, but also to know what to do in these times.

What do we do as believers? Do we follow the crowd of other believers? without enquiring first from the Lord? As sheep of His pasture, we are to know His voice not the voice of others, because as human beings we are all fallible!! However, when we listen to Him He will direct our thoughts as to what He would have us say and do.
The "Power of ONE" message is very important!! We acknowledge Him as our only Source. He has accomplished it all. As Ps John mentioned yesterday, He moved into our neighbourhood. He has identified with us in ALL things. Therefore, we cannot rely on any other source to bring us the peace that only He can give. He alone can change the heart of mankind. Many of the atrocities we are seeing in society are demonically motivated, and no other person but JESUS can deliver, by saving, healing, and delivering - SOZO.

The church is not in defeat at this time, in fact, many believe, as I do, that this will be the finest hour for the church, as we fix our eyes on Him, and get His heart. No doubt we will experience His supernatural power working with us, and through us.
I was very encouraged by a post from Bill Johnson this past week, where he quoted, that society just before the Welsh revival was in a pitiful state. However, that’s when the Lord broke out in a powerful way, and actually, that breakout changed society.

Interestingly enough, that very day, I also heard from a person, who was our liaison in Wales, when we went as a group of 17 to re-dig the wells.

He spoke of the Canadian coal we had brought with us, and how we burnt it with a piece of Welsh coal. He reminded me of how the Lord broke in among us as a group. He has told many others visiting those same places of that experience. I don’t think our visit was in vain, I do believe we will see the fruit of that time right here in our city.

We are in a testing time. We have to grieve over the things He grieves over. As Pastor John mentioned yesterday, we are not His favourites just because we are charismatic evangelicals. His heart is to bring ALL into His fold. We need not worry about how this will look. I have absolute confidence in the POWER OF HIS NAME to break off every yoke of slavery, every yoke of sin, and everything that is contrary to His power. This will be evidenced in the lives of all those He will draw into His kingdom.
Beloved, the onus is on us. How do we react? Do we have prejudices hidden deep within us, maybe even things we do not recognize. It’s time to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to us, let us not be afraid of what He might show us because as He does, it will bring us into even greater freedom. Hallelujah.

This week, let’s keep praying for our country, as we see people protesting against bigotry and hatred. They DO NEED to be heard. Indeed, people need to be heard all over the world. I feel I can say prophetically We have reached a tipping point. This is the time, I believe when the prayers of all the saints all over the world which have been gathered in the bowl in heaven will be tipped over the earth and we will see a heaven-sent marvellous event taking place, before that great and notable day of the Lord, where He returns for His church.
If ever there was a time to intercede it’s NOW Beloved pray for the Lord to find His church in the place that He can powerfully work in and through as never before. Let us lay down every pretense and folly and expect the unexpected. Lord use me!!
Can we all say YES and AMEN to letting Him have His own way first in us, and then on the earth?
