Sorry about that...

This is the 3rd week of the DCAA Creative Challenge and I made a mistake on our announcement email. The deadline for posting your submissions is:

Midnight on June 12th

The rules are simple; the reward is lots of fun creating and a chance to show your work. Each week a new subject will be announced on Saturday. You will have six days to work on your interpretation of the subject and post it to your Instagram account with the tag, #DCAACreativeChallenge2020.

The winner of the drawing on July 4th will receive a full year membership to Dry Canyon Arts Association.

The subject for the 2nd week is:

To Participate in This Week's Challenge:

Create a peice that interprets the subject, "STRENGTH"
Post an image or video of the work on your Instagram account with the tag, #DCAACreativeChallenge2020 before midnight on Friday, June 12th.

How to post with a tag on Instagram tutorial:

Step 1: Take a photo or video of your work.
Step 2: Log into your own Instagram Account.
Step 3: Select the "+" to add content.
Step 4: Select the photo or video you want to use and click "Next".
Step 5: Use any filters or make any edits you want to your image or video. When you are happy with it, click "Next".
Step 6: Where it says "Write a caption" type in the title of your work, your media and the tag: #DCAACreativeChallenge2020. It must be exact, you are graded on your spelling! When you are finished you can click on "Share".

Rules:

All media and disciplines are welcome as long as the work is 'Family Friendly'.
You must tag your work with #DCAACreativeChallenge2020 in order for it to be included. Submission cut off for each week will be midnight on Friday. If you haven't posted your work by then it will not be included in the judging for that week.
Each Saturday three of our Members will look at the submissions and choose one that they feel best represents the subject for the week. Each week's winners will be entered in a random drawing on July 4th.
You may enter as many times as you want each week.
