We're excited to announce New York has entered phase 2, which allows agents to now operate in a new and safe manner, which includes in-person real estate activities.

In advance of in-person showings, we will send a virtual tour to ensure that all the boxes have been checked and an in-person appointment is a good use of your time. In order to operate in this new and safe way, please find the new mandatory protocols below.

Social Distancing
We will maintain the suggested 6 foot social distancing at all times during an in-person tour.

Necessary Protective Gear
In accordance with the new REBNY laws and in order to ensure broker's and our client's safety and well-being, masks and gloves are required, and booties are recommended.

Capacity of Visitors
There are to be a maximum of 2 people present, 3 people including the listing agent. If you're a buyer coming with an agent, your agent may have to wait outside, while the 2 others present are viewing the property. Everything else, discussions, paperwork etc, must be done outside of the building. 

We also request that you please cancel your in-person showing immediately if you have symptoms such as a fever or cough.

Virtual Support
We will continue to do virtual facetime and virtual videos tours before scheduling an in-person showing. An in-person showing will be the last step of viewing the property.

New laws now require a mandatory document protol before any in-person showing. We will provide all the necessary documents, (via DocUsign).
