- Immigration executive order: Bechtel International Center is providing information to Stanford’s international community about the effects of a federal executive order announced Monday that places restrictions on certain visa categories through the end of the year. Bechtel also has scheduled a series of virtual town hall meetings, beginning today, that will include information on the order. In a statement and recent letter, President Marc Tessier-Lavigne urged the federal government’s support for the continued international exchange of students and scholars. Read more.
- Parking permits: With parking enforcement set to resume at Stanford’s main campus and Stanford Redwood City on Wednesday, July 1, parking permits are now available for purchase in the online ordering system. In the interest of safety, visitor and hourly parking purchases are transitioning to a contactless process. Learn more.
