What's new at the Urban League?

As we work towards creating a more equitable community, the Urban League of Rochester wants to provide a more cohesive understanding, look, and feel for who we are and how we serve our Rochester community.

While our mission and purpose remain, our brand new website is now updated and expanded, easier to navigate on mobile or on desktop, and provides direct access to our services, programs, event information, and more.

And, coming very soon, the entire website will also be available en español for the first time!
Visit our NEW website!

You are cordially invited

to the Urban League of Rochester’s 41st Annual Salute to Black Scholars Ceremony TONIGHT, Wednesday, July 8, at 6 PM EST.

The ceremony is being held virtually for the first time on ULR’s Facebook page and will feature keynote speaker Michael A. Robinson.

The Urban League of Rochester joins with the voices of thousands across the country: The time to address systemic racism, inequity, and power differentials in our community and our country is NOW.

INTERRUPT RACISM is a collective impact equity platform that was created to effectively move the needle on racism specifically in Rochester, and we need your help and your voice! If you have an experience of racism or prejudice to share or suggestions on effective strategies on how we can make effective change in the community, please join our fight! Don't delay: phase 1 of the project ends July 12!

To lend your voice, learn more, or get involved with our Interrupt Racism project, please visit our website at interruptracism.com.
