Grace Rodden joined the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America this month as a senior director. The trade group dropped more than $29.3 million on federal lobbying in 2019, making it the fourth-largest spender of the year, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. Rodden spent the last five years with the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, most recently as general counsel. She previously served in the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve and retired as a lieutenant commander.
