During the lockdown, we were hard at work so that we could bring your wishlist features to life! Especially with offices moving to more efficient ways to stay in touch with their patients, we have released some new SMS features that will enhance your patient communication:

SMS Forwarding
No longer will you be limited to managing your texts from Paradigm at the clinic. With SMS Forwarding, any replies you get from your patients will be forwarded to a designated phone number.
You can stay in touch with your patients even on days the office is closed and ensure that no messages are missed - especially when patients have an emergency that needs immediate attention.
SMS Statements
Continuing our efforts to help offices go paperless, we're releasing the much-anticipated SMS Statements feature. You can now send out batch invoices to all patients via SMS so that they can access it quickly and conveniently.
This can be done easily by running an Accounts Receivable list on My Contact Pro and sending out the text. Patients will then receive a unique link that will bring up their account and outstanding balance.
SMS Newsletters - Coming Soon!
Email newsletters can sometimes end up in spam folders, meaning your patients end up missing important updates from your dental office. So, on top of emailing your newsletters, you will also have the option to send it through our upcoming SMS Newsletters feature.
Patients can click the link from your text to bring them directly to your newsletter. This is especially useful for making any urgent announcements and giving details without being limited by the text message length.
Note: Paradigm V8 and our SMS Service are required to use these features - contact us to learn more about upgrading your software.

Technical Support - Our hours are back to normal!
We are anticipating a large volume of calls as offices ramp up to re-open, so there will be a longer wait-time than usual. We thank you for being patient with us during this time! We have also resumed our Saturday support hours from 9:00AM - 1:00PM
We will still be operating under the recommended guidelines for social distancing and personal hygiene to keep our team safe. As a result, all in-house training will remain suspended until further notice. If you would like a refresher on the program, please contact us for access to our online resources.
We understand the importance of training for the software so we currently also offer Live Online Training with our instructors. If you're interested to learn more or schedule a webinar, give us a call!
