Abington Monthly Meeting is holding peaceful protests every Sunday at 4 p.m. as a weekly event until further notice. Those who wish to participate should gather at the Abington Friends Triangle (corner of Meetinghouse & Jenkintown Roads). The protests are FOR an end to racism; FOR Black Lives Matter; FOR policing reform. All participants must use social distancing protocols and masks are required.
There will also be food collections for the Germantown Avenue Crisis Ministry that operates out of the First Presbyterian Church of Germantown.
