Welcome to Oxbow’s 2020 Main Season CSA! We’re so glad you’ve joined the Oxbow family, and we’re grateful for your support of our work and mission. We can’t wait to connect you to your farm and your farmers! The CSA season starts next week, and we wanted to touch base with a little bit of information to get you prepped for 20 whole weeks of fresh, certified organic produce.
A few notes...
If you were a CSA Shareholder with us in 2019, this year's pickups will look just a little bit different to ensure the health and safety of Oxbow staff and our guests. See more about general COVID-safe guidelines below.
If you were a 2020 Spring Shareholder, please remember that your pickup locations for Issaquah and Mercer Island have shifted to the Farmers Market - we've linked to the locations below!

At Oxbow’s on-site Farm Stand in Carnation Wednesdays from 3PM-7PM At the farm in Carnation
June 24-November 4 *NOTE: Partner products like mushrooms/fruit will ONLY be available at the farm in Carnation. U-Pick is slated to begin in early July.
At the Issaquah or Mercer Island Farmers Market You also have the option to pick up your weekly Share at the Issaquah or Mercer Island Farmers Market. When you arrive, just tell our friendly staff that you're a CSA Shareholder, and we'll help you make your selections.
*Note time change for Mercer Island: This year the market runs from 10AM-2PM
Help us plan! Please fill out a brief questionnaire to verify your contact information and your preferred pickup site. Planning to mix it up a bit throughout the season? No problem - give it your best shot. Choosing your primary site will help us plan to have plenty of fresh produce in stock, no matter where you pick up. Please respond by Sunday, June 21st!
COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines We'll be sharing a complete set of guidelines soon, including U-Pick safety, but here's what to expect as you prepare for your first pickup:
If you're picking up at a Farmers Market, you'll be required to follow the safety protocol set forth by each Market: Mercer Island Protocol | Issaquah Protocol
Oxbow's guidelines are pretty straightforward: wear a mask if you're able to, maintain safe distances, and be kind and patient as we assist other Shareholders.
For all pickup locations: Your farmers will be handling all the food while wearing masks and gloves. Please do not handle any produce yourself. It's still a Market-style CSA with free choice to choose your Share each week, but this year, we'll be retrieving items for our Shareholders.
