After a rain delay last week we plan to cruise to Bandon, and hang out in Old town. So far it looks like partly cloudy. There is a good chance we may meet up with members of Over The Hill Gang, and Mid-Valley Mustangs. I hope you can make it as a kickoff to Fathers Day. Anyone is welcome to join us.

 The Bandon City Manager’s office said we are welcome to come visit!

*** Covid rules in Bandon are: maintain social distancing, some businesses will require masks. Most restaurants and stores are open! (Please call restaurants directly or visit their websites for Take-Out, and Dine-In hours and options.)

Parking lots are open, so is the public restroom on 1st. St. (right on the riverfront.) The Creamery also has restrooms.

Bandon’s Old Town is 10 square blocks of shopping, dining, history, art, culture and outdoor recreation. South Jetty is now open!  We can spend the day exploring the historic business district, just off Highway 101 South, on the Coquille River waterfront.

Park in Bandon in Old Town lot- west end of town- there is a paved lot and an adjacent dirt lot available. Everyone grab food, return to lot area to eat ( while staying 6 ft apart-  recommended by Bandon City), or eat in restaurant, they are now open for this. Relax, talk, walk  around Old Town, shop, restroom break etc…, 

... Cruise home when ready.
