Attached are copies of the Parish Profile and Office for Transition Ministry Narrative that we created. Over the past two months, committee members, and Denise Obando from the Diocese, carefully considered the input you provided through the survey, listening sessions and written comments in order to craft documents that accurately reflect who we are as a congregation and the qualities and skills we seek in a new rector.
These documents were approved by the Vestry at their meeting on June 16, 2020. After approval by the Diocesan Office for Transition Ministry, they will be included in the application packet for prospective applicants. These documents will also be posted on our website, after the diocese is ready to open the application process, which should be within the next two weeks.
Thank you for sharing your opinions, suggestions, concerns, hopes and dreams with us. Our work will now shift focus onto the interview process. As always, we have confidence that we will find the right person to be our new rector.
