SDCNF is Re-Opening July 1st!

We will have enhanced safety procedures for COVID-19 as well as our usual sanitary and safety procedures.All recommended safety and disinfecting precautions will be added to our usual sanitary procedures: Appointments may only be attended if clients and staff are symptom free Masks will be required of all persons over 2 years old Temperature reads will be completed at each appointment Clients will be asked to remain in their car until just before the appointment time Family members may Not accompany the client to the appointment or waiting room, except for the parent/guardian of a minor Clients and staff will be required to Wash hands immediately upon entering the waiting room; and use hand sanitizer throughout the appointment as necessary Clients will be asked to remain 6 feet apart in the waiting room Staff will wash their hands before each client's appointment; And use gloves and sanitizer throughout the appointment as necessary Staff will disinfect the office, tools, and touch points (chair, headphones, electrodes, etc) in between each client's appointment Clients will be required to review, sign and bring the completed Covid-19 Consent of Liability Waiver to the appointment
