This month’s focus was more difficult than usual to prepare. We try to balance how micro and macroeconomic events affect the commercial real estate market; usually one issue at a time (or in this case, crisis).  Sure, interest rates are at all time lows and capital markets are generally functioning. While there is still a low supply of product available for sale or lease, it is an ideal time to sell or lease/buy a property and organize your real estate portfolio. The pandemic, recession, and continued racial injustices add immeasurable unrest to an election year, which always bring uncertainty.
