STANFORD REPERTORY THEATER is one of three dozen theater companies co-presenting a Juneteenth reading of Vincent Terrell Durham’s play Polar Bears, Black Boys & Prairie Fringed Orchids. The reading will be livestreamed via Zoom at 7 p.m. PT today in recognition of Juneteenth, which commemorates the ending of slavery in the United States.

- Special Academic Council meeting: The Academic Council will convene a special meeting on Tuesday, June 23, via Zoom to review the Faculty Senate's decision limiting unit requirements for undergraduate majors. The meeting will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Discussion is limited to members of the Academic Council, but members of the Stanford community may request to register for the Zoom session by contacting Adrienne Emory, at aemory@stanford.edu.
