Craving Change - Virtual Sessions
Craving Change™ is a free, 4-week "how-to" workshop series focusing on helping you change your relationship with food.

Take Charge - Chronic Pain - Virtual Sessions twice a week for 3 weeks in a virtual classroom

This includes but not limited to arthritis, fibromyalgia, pain from motor vehicle accidents, repetitive strain injuries and chronic neck, shoulder, back pain. - Meditation, Chair Yoga, Group Strength and Stretch, Lymphedema information, Self-care, and more!
