Membership in the Village Community Association (VCA)
 Have your renewed your membership or joined the VCA yet?
Our enrolment numbers are down – largely because many people usually renew at the Annual General Meeting in April. But not this year. No meeting – no renewals - so we are again reminding Village residents that we continue to work for you and rely on your yearly membership ($30 per household) to keep us ”afloat”.
Please join or renew on-line then either etransfer the money to InformationVCA@gmail.com or drop off a cheque to Randy Churchill, our Membership Co-Ordinator, at 41 Brock Street.

I think for many in The Village this means very little – we will continue to stay home and avoid going into Old Town on weekends. The town will be getting busier!
Have you been busy de-cluttering and re-organizing your closets and cupboards – but have no place to donate stuff? We have all been missing Newark Neighbours who have closed their Thrift store for the past couple of months. Guess what - they are getting ready to reopen! And the NOTL Rotary is going to pick up your stuff and take it to them!
Remember as a current VCA member you receive discounts at these local businesses. Support Local!
Did you know you can pick up a box of fresh local vegetables from Small Scale Farms in Lundy's Lane, in Thorold, each week? Plus Eggs and breads? Direct from the farm. I just found them at the Farmer’s Market last Saturday.
