Welcome back to summer!

COVID-19 may have delayed many things, but it hasn't stopped the Earth from turning - or local businesses from opening. Under Phase 2 guidelines, restaurants, eateries and retail stores are now allowed to expand to 60 percent of fire code capacity.

Just in time for the summer solstice this Saturday, Cape Region visitors have several new places to explore, including:

• Lefty’s Drive-In Movie Theatre
• Kiwi’s Tiki Hut on Rehoboth Boardwalk
• Quest Adventures at Roosevelt Inlet in Lewes
• Rudy’s Cheese Shop & Fondue Bar in Rehoboth Beach
• Sunset Deck in Dewey Beach
• Woody’s Take Out in Dewey Beach

Photo sales to benefit Rehoboth museum

Each year, the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society Museum hosts an exhibit of the winners of the annual Delaware Beach Life Photography Contest. Unfortunately, the museum closed before the exhibit ended, due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The photographers have generously offered to split proceeds from the sale of these framed photographs with the museum.
