Hey Friends! I hope this newsletter finds you healthy, safe, and hanging in there. With everything going on in the world, it still feels like a weird time to send out a newsletter but I have some updates on Fire Power and Jonna, so read on if you can!
QUARANTAINMENT GIVEAWAY
Last newsletter, we included a give away for five 4x6 head sketches! Thank you to everyone who entered - and a special shout out to those of you that are front line healthcare workers, grocery store workers, delivery people and other essential employees! We appreciate you so much. Winners have been notified and sketches should be in their new homes!
FIREPOWER UPDATE
GREAT NEWS! The Fire Power prelude OGN will be released on July 1st! As you may know, Issue #1 of Fire Power was going to be available for free on Free Comic Book Day. With that event cancelled, it's my understanding that shops that ordered the free #1 will still have them to give away when the OGN releases on July 1st. Please contact your local comic shop about how you can get a copy. If you don't have a local comic shop, the prelude OGN can also be pre-ordered on Amazon or Barnes & Noble or Powells or your indie bookstore of choice.

EVEN BETTER NEWS! Both the non-FCBD verson of issue #1 (previews code JUN200038) AND issue #2 (previews code JUN200076) will be in comic shops on August 5th.

Speaking of the non-FCBD issue #1 of Fire Power here is a sneak peek at the cover for that issue. Hot off my drawing table!

JONNA UPDATE
Jonna and The Unpossible Monsters, the series I'm writing (with Laura) and drawing at Oni Press was supposed to launch in June. Oni is still keeping an eye on things as shops re-open to make a decision about when Jonna will launch. We'll keep you updated once we know more!
COMMISSION UPDATE
In April, I opened for a limited number of commissions spots through the end of the year. My commission list for 2020 is now closed. Thank you so much to those that purchased one. May commissions are done and have been shipped - working through the June spots this month.
