On June 25 as promised we announced the winner of our Quaranvent Design Competition. Thank you to all the people who submitted designs! But there was one particular entry that hit all the right points of the competition and won over the voting committee.
Big Congratulations to Craig Monroe!
Craig designed a 15ft lightweight, inflatable backpack kayak. It was something perfect for getting off the beaten path to get physically distant from the crowds and also easy to assemble. We wrote about his project on our blog. Check it out!

As the winner he was able to choose his prize options, and his decision included having Rock West Composites make a charitable contribution to organizations working to help with pandemic relief. As we committed, Rock West is making a $2000 donation to Feeding America. So many are struggling with food insecurity, we are glad to help out as we can.

1K CARBON FIBER VENEER
