July In The Trial Garden

It's tea time in the garden! We are growing our Bodegold Chamomile for more website pictures. This lovely chamomile is easy to grow, sown directly in the garden in spring. You harvest the little daisy-like flowers in full bloom, and then air dry them. Store dried flowers in an airtight jar to make hot tea as desired. Enjoy!
Our latest find of bright dahlias that can easily be started from seed grew effortlessly. The 3 ½-4 ft. tall, bushy plants are literally covered with flowers that bloom non-stop – talk about easy to grow! Honey bees forage the velvety, pollen filled blossoms all day.
