"Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known.  And now faith, hope and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love."
1 Cor. 13:13

Devotional Thought

"God gave to men the memorial of His creative power, that they might discern Him in the works of His hand.  The Sabbath bids us behold in His created works the glory of the Creator.  And it was because He desired us to do this that Jesus bound up His previous lessons with the beauty of natural things.  On the holy rest day, above all other days, we should study the messages that God has written for us in nature. We should study the Saviour's parables where He spoke them, in the fields and groves, under the open sky, among the grass and flowers.  As we come close to the heart of nature, Christ makes His presence real to us, and speaks to our hearts of His peace and love." Christ Object Lessons p. 25

How will we "do" church?  Glad you asked!

For your safety who should not come? Some should still refrain from attending in-person services.  These include  those who are elderly (over 70 yrs.) and those who live with elderly family members, and members with chronic diseases (including significant obesity, hypertension or diabetes).

Guidelines for those who attend church in person:
1. No more than 60 persons can attend in a single service.
2. Maintain 2 meters (6-8 feet) social distancing, except families who live in the same house may sit together.  Social distancing should remain in place outdoors as well.
3. Every third row in the auditorium will be available for seating.
4. Windows are to remain open.
5. Masks will be worn at all times.
6. Hand Sanitizer will be used upon entry and exit.
7. No hand shaking or hugging.
8. Speakers can remove their masks when speaking, as long as there is a distance of 3-3.5 meters between the speaker and audience.
9. Musicians will wear masks at all times.
10. No singing.
11. Remember not to shout, have forceful or agitated speech, which increases the numbers of particles in the air, which can remain for up to 15 minutes.
12. Temperatures will be checked at the gate and anyone with a temp of 38C will be allowed in, also those not wearing a mask will not be allowed to enter.

Let's encourage these practices with each other and enjoy the Sabbath together!
