EAT

The Eventide cookbook is here! Eventide: Recipes for Clambakes, Oysters, Lobster Rolls, and More from a Modern Maine Seafood Shack is a "slightly raucous ode to Maine’s foodways, people, and natural bounty." Now you can dive into the best the James Beard Award winning team has to offer including the world famous brown butter lobster roll. There are also tips on buying and preparing fresh, seasonal seafood and other coastal favorites. Locals, if you’d like to get your hands on a copy, you can buy one while dining at the restaurant, or order one just like you would order takeout, through the website.
