We officially launched our new navigation program this week, and already we are receiving referrals to assist families with urgent needs. Our staff spent most of the week trying to find resources for a mom who is experiencing homelessness and currently living in a hotel with her 9-month-old baby.

The COVID-19 pandemic has left no one unchanged, and the people experiencing the greatest and often gravest challenges are those who were struggling before our world turned upside down.

We are in need of unrestricted funding to assist families that are unable to afford their rent payments. Please help them by donating today.

We welcome Zoey as she launches our new Navigation Program, where she will provide one-on-one support to families that need access to essential resources. Zoey just moved back to her hometown of Santa Fe from Denver, and we are blessed to have her join our mighty but small team!

Zoey holds an MSW from the University of Denver as well as an MFA in nonfiction writing from the University of Montana. She has worked in community mental health and community resource nonprofits for many years and loves engaging with families of all backgrounds. Zoey is passionate about increasing access to services for families and improving health outcomes for new mothers and their babies. Born and raised in Santa Fe, she is thrilled to now share the beauty of New Mexico with her partner and toddler daughter. Zoey loves reading, watercolor painting, and playing outdoors and having dance parties with her family.
