Wineries Pouring Again in Calistoga
Tasting Rooms Re-Open after Three Months
We are delighted to announce that Calistoga wineries have re-opened after receiving the green light from Gov. Gavin Newsom and the California Department of Health.
The long-awaited announcement came with tasting room safety protocols to reduce the transmission of the COVID-19 virus to include:
- Reservations will be required for all visits
- Appointments will be spread out to ensure proper physical distancing
- Outdoor tasting areas will be utilized where available
- Group sizes will be kept at 4 – 6 people
- Winery staffs will don masks and frequently sanitize the public areas
- Guests will be asked to wear face coverings except when tasting
Please contact your favorite wineries in Calistoga to make an appointment. Due to high demand, reservations are filling fast. Consider a weekday visit for more availability. We are thrilled to see everybody again, as you will be welcomed with open arms, but no hugs or handshakes … just wide grins and warm greetings from behind our masks.
