Zoom webinar 12: Teaching Biotech from a Distance - Teaching Microbiology Online

SPEAKER:  Dr. Angela Consani, Kansas City Community College, Ocean County College and Gwynedd Mercy University Grad School

Some of us use microbiology regularly in our kitchens for baking bread or making yogurt.  Many people even make their own beer and wine.  Still, even as a microbiologist, I never considered teaching Microbiology through distance learning. Dr. Consani is the first person I've met who does this.  She uses a kit from https://www.holscience.com/lab-kits/(link is external) and she'll describe her experience.

We're going to use Zoom, so this will be somewhat informal.

Webinar Date:  Friday, June 19th, 2020
Time:  2 pm Eastern time (note:  this is 1 pm Central time, 12 noon Mountain time, and 11 am Pacific Time)

Keep safe everyone,
