Boarders are open and summer is here!
It seems like European boarders are open and some people might be planning their summer vacation. This month, it was the first time for me to have any social contact to outside, I did a three day workshop by my master trainer Anke Hauerstein in Berlin to learn the "Happy Moves" format of Gyrokinesis. It is a stool and standing series with a music. (Music is not so great so I will teach this once without the music!) It was my pre-trainer update as well because I have to do every year an update to teach the teachers training for Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic.
It was great to see my Gyrotonic/ Gyrokinesis Colleagues again and move with them.
For now, my work on stage is postponed till who knows when... So I will also take another course for Gyrotonic in Bad Krozingen in July.
As I am also teaching 2 teachers trainings for Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis this June and July, I will teach less online classes in July.
I also think that people will go out in the sun as along as it lasts!
I will teach normally till 28th of June and then the schedule from below starts !

As always the 10:00 classes are in Japanese.
