HUD's Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) is pleased to announce the launch of the “Understanding Section 3” Training Curriculum.
This eight-module training curriculum is designed to assist HUD-funded grantees and contractors understand the basics of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. These modules assist the user in better understanding the definition of Section 3 and how to comply with its requirements. The "Understanding Section 3" Training Curriculum includes the following eight modules:
