Greetings Artists: As we begin our 13th week of the Lightchasers Painting Challenge, there is just a little quote I would like to pass on to everyone to hopefully inspire you now and maybe for the rest of your life!
"Use what talents you possess, the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best."
Henry Van Dyke
A very Grateful Thank You to those of you who have submitted your paintings this week and every week of the Challenge. To those of you who have not sent in anything yet, please consider doing so, we would love to see your work!

En Plein Air Pro is fabulous! You may already know that they manufacture right here, in the good-ol’ USA in Dallas TX.
En Plein Air Pro has been a sponsor for Light Chasers for many years. Let’s continue to support them!
Thank you En Plein Air Pro!
AN EN PLEIN AIR EASEL FOR EVERY PAINTER
Four thoughtfully designed easels to fit the needs of plein air painters.
Introducing the ‘Professional Series’ oil or acrylic painting easel, designed for painters who paint larger than 16×12, yet it will still hold a 6×8 when needed. Perfect for outdoors, workshops and classes.
Created especially for outdoor use, The ‘Advanced Series’ Oil and Acrylic Easel has a smaller, lighter weight palette . It incorporates the same panel holder , tripod, turps jar, and backpack as the Professional Series.
For the watercolorist we offer the ‘Advanced Series’ Watercolor Easel, which features our exclusive watercolor palette shelf with cover, and the ‘Traveler Series’, a compact setup that easily fits into a backpack. These easels can accommodate sketchbooks and paper up to a 1/4 sheet size.
