BOGM COALITION MEMBER COVID-19 SURVEY

Please complete a survey for your organization or financial institution by June 17.

We have put together a brief survey to collect information from coalition members on if and how the demands, staffing, operations, programs and services of your organization or financial institution have changed due to COVID-19. We would also like to get a sense of how coalition members are re-opening now that the State's 'Safer At Home' order has been lifted and we are moving through the phases outlined in the Governor's 'Badger Bounce Back' Plan.

Please note, we have created two different surveys: one for our community organization members, and another for our financial institution members.
