COVID-19 Business Economic Impact Survey

The Town of Cambridge encourages you to complete a short, confidential survey sharing how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted your business.

The results will provide valuable information to assist the Town in planning for future business and community recovery from the pandemic.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

What is the purpose of this survey?

The survey is an initiative to respond to the swift change experienced by businesses in the Town of Cambridge as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Businesses within the Town are encouraged to complete the short confidential survey which will provide the Town with insights into how local businesses have been affected, particularly the economic and employment impacts.

The insights will provide the Town with valuable data to assist in planning for the recovery of the business and wider Cambridge community.

Responses will go into the draw to win 1 of 5 family passes for Mini Golf at the Wembley Golf Course.

How will the results be used?

The results will be aggregated and presented to Council as part of a report summarising the impact COVID-19 has had on the local business community. No individual results will be able to be identified nor will individual results be published. See the privacy statement below for more information.

Privacy statement
Data collected through this survey will remain anonymous. Survey responses will be aggregated before being analysed.
The Town of Cambridge will not provide any information that you submit in response to the survey including your contact details (if supplied) to third parties unless you give the Town your express consent or we are required to do so by law. Further, the Town will not use your contact details (if supplied) to contact you for any purpose outside the purposes of running the survey unless you give us your express consent.
The aggregated results of the survey will be included in reports and publications made by the Town which may publically available. It will not be possible to identify any individual respondent from the aggregated results.

By simply completing the survey (and opting to leave your contact details), you will go in the draw to win 1 of 5 family passes to play Mini Golf at Wembley Golf Course.

Prize Details

Passes are valued at $59 each.
The draw will take place on Friday 3 July 2020 at 9.00am at the Town of Cambridge Administration Centre, 1 Bold Park Drive Floreat WA 6014.
All eligible responses will be assigned a number according to the time the survey response was received. A random number generator will be used to draw 5 numbers from the total pool of eligible numbers.
Winners will be notified by email or phone on Friday 3 July 2020.
Prizes are valid for 12 months and will expire on 3 July 2021 .
Prizes will be either sent to the winners electronically, by mail or in person depending on the winners preference.
