It is Learning Disability Week!

The theme this year is the importance of friendships during lockdown

Have you got something you would like to share with us, about your friendships?
 
It could be a drawing, photo, video, story, poem or something else...

On Thursday at 2 pm we will be sharing our special Cooking With Liz video where she will be showing us how to make Friendship Cookies!
Croydon Mencap Challenges!

We are going to be releasing some Croydon Mencap Challenge videos - the first Challenge is below!
  • Watch our challenge videos and decide which challenge you would like to try (you could try them all!)
  • Have a practice!
  • Send us a video of your best amount or time (depending on the challenge!)

When we have all the videos we will make them into 1 big video - 1 video for each challenge - and we will see who is the winner!

Face masks or face coverings
 
From Monday 15 June we need to wear a face mask or covering when we get a bus, train or tram. Uber have also said that passengers and drivers should wear face coverings.

You also need to wear a face mask or face covering if you have to go to hospital for an appointment.

The website also has some cards that people who cannot wear a mask can print and carry with them. There are also pictures that you can save to your phone instead of printing a card. www.keepsafe.org.uk

Carers Week 2020 - Celebrating carers
Last week was Carers Week  and the theme was Making Caring Visible.
