ΕΙΔΙΚΗ ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΣΥΝΕΛΕΥΣΗ AOPA Hellas της 20 Ιουνίου 2020
Αγαπητό μέλος της AOPA Hellas.
Όπως σε ενημερώσαμε την 3
η εβδομάδα του Μαΐου, (βλ. σχετικά
εδώ), η AOPA Hellas το
ερχόμενο Σάββατο 20 Ιουνίου 2020 έχει Ειδική Γενική τηλε-Συνέλευση με μοναδικό θέμα την
Τροποποίηση Καταστατικού του Σωματείου, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 14 του ισχύοντος Καταστατικού. Ελπίζουμε στο διάστημα που μεσολάβησε, να διάβασες το σχέδιο του νέου καταστατικού που έχουμε αναρτήσει στη σελίδα διαβούλευσης για το σκοπό αυτό στην ειδική περιοχή ενεργών μελών (που βλέπεις αφού κάνεις Login). Το ερχόμενο Σάββατο λοιπόν 12:00 με 16:00 L, αν είσαι
ταμειακά ενήμερο μέλος πάνω από ένα έτος (δηλ. από τις 20 Ιουνίου 2019), ψηφίζεις αποδοχή ή όχι της προτεινόμενης τροποποίησης με ΝΑΙ ή ΟΧΙ. Με δυο λόγια, οι σημαντικότερες αλλαγές του καταστατικού είναι:
- Ο εκσυγχρονισμός & η προσαρμογή του στις ψηφιακές δυνατότητες της εποχής μας,
- Η μεταφορά της έδρας του από τον Πολύγυρο Χαλκιδικής στην Αθήνα και
- Ο ορισμός του κληροδοτήματος της όποιας περιουσίας του στην απίθανη περίπτωση διάλυσης του σωματείου.
Έχει
ΜΕΓΑΛΗ ΣΗΜΑΣΙΑ για το σωματείο να συμμετέχεις σε αυτήν την ψηφοφορία. Δεν αφορά αρχαιρεσίες (εκλογές) διοίκησης, αυτές έπονται σύντομα. Αφορά μόνο το καταστατικό και ψηφίζεις με ένα ΝΑΙ ή ένα ΟΧΙ. Για την αλλαγή του καταστατικού απαιτείται αυξημένη συμμετοχή στην ψηφοφορία και επιβάλλεται να ψηφίσουν όλοι όσοι έχουν δικαίωμα ψήφου προκειμένου να την επιτύχουμε.
Πρωί του Σαββάτου 20/6 θα λάβεις ένα email όπου θα σε κατευθύνει στον ιστότοπο του
choicevoting.co.uk για να ΨΗΦΙΣΕΙΣ.
Μην το αμελήσεις. Είναι ο σύγχρονος και ασφαλής τρόπος ψηφοφορίας της εποχής μας για να έχουμε ψηφιακές αδιάβλητες εκλογές. Επίσης το Σάββατο στην ίδια ειδοποίηση θα διαβάσεις και τις πολύ απλές οδηγίες για να μπεις και να συμμετέχεις ζωντανά στην τηλε-Γενική Συνέλευση με το οπτικοακουστικό πρόγραμμα Zoom. Εγκατάστησέ το
χωρίς χρέωση από τώρα στη συσκευή σου (PC, Mac, Tablet, smartphone) για να απλοποιήσεις τη διαδικασία σύνδεσής σου το Σάββατο. Το εγκαθιστάς από το
www.zoom.us ή τα γνωστά On line app stores.
ΕΞΟΥΣΙΟΔΟΤΗΣΕΙΣ. Αν πιστεύεις πως υπάρχει
πιθανότητα να μη μπορέσεις να τηλε-παραστείς και να ψηφίσεις το Σάββατο, παρακαλούμε στείλε από τώρα, με κοινοποίηση στο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο (ds@aopa.gr), εξουσιοδότηση εκπροσώπησής σου σε μέλος που γνωρίζεις πως θα τηλε-παραστεί & θα ψηφίσει στη συνέλευση, ή σε κάποιο μέλος του Δ.Σ. που θα είναι φυσικά παρόν στην αίθουσα. Αρκεί το όνομα του μέλους μόνο, δε χρειάζονται περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες. Στέλνεις λοιπόν ένα απλό email από το email με το οποίο είσαι εγγεγραμμένος/η στην AOPA Hellas και εξουσιοδοτείς με αυτό την εκπροσώπησή σου και την ψήφο σου στην Ειδική Γενική Συνέλευση της 20/6/20. Μη ξεχάσεις στο τέλος το όνομά σου και τον αριθμό μέλους σου. (βλ. AIR CREW κάρτα σου).

SPECIAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY of AOPA Hellas on June 20, 2020
Dear member of AOPA Hellas.
As we informed you in the 3rd week of May (see
here), AOPA Hellas next Saturday, June 20th, 2020 has a Special General Tele-Assembly with the sole subject of the Amendment of the Association's By-Laws (Constitution), in accordance with Article 14 of the current By-Laws. We hope that in the meantime you have read the draft of the By-Laws that we have posted on the consultation page for this purpose in the special area of active members (which you see after Logging In – Members’ page). So next Saturday 12:00 to 16:00 L (09:00 to 13:00 UTC), if you are a member for more than a year (i.e. from June 20, 2019), you vote whether or not to accept the proposed amendment with YES or NO. In short, the most important changes to the By-Laws are:
1. Its modernization & adaptation to the digital possibilities of our era,
2. The transfer of his headquarters from Polygyros, Chalkidiki, to Athens, and
3. The definition of the bequest of any property in the unlikely event of the dissolution of the association.
It is
VERY IMPORTANT for the association for you to participate in this vote. It is not about elections of the board etc., these are coming soon after. It only concerns the approval of By-Laws and you vote with a YES or a NO. An amendment to the By-Laws requires an increased turnout in the vote hence, please; all those eligible to vote must do so.
On Saturday morning 20/6 you will receive an email where it will direct you to the site of
choicevoting.co.uk to VOTE.
Please don't neglect it. It is the modern and safest way to vote in our time to have digitally inviolable elections. Also on Saturday in the same notice you will read the very simple instructions to enter and participate live in the tele-General Assembly with the audiovisual program Zoom. Install it
free of charge from now in your device (PC, Mac, Tablet, smartphone) to simplify your connection process on Saturday. You install it from www.zoom.us or the well-known On line app stores.
PROXY VOTE. If you believe that there is a
possibility that you will not be able to tele-attend and vote on Saturday, please send from now, the notification by copying the Board of Directors (ds@aopa.gr), your PROXY to a member that you know will be tele-attend & vote at the meeting, or to a member of the Board who will of course be physically present in the room. Just the name of the member is enough, no more details are needed. So you send a simple email from the email with which you are registered to AOPA Hellas and with it you authorize your representation and your vote in the Special General Assembly of 20/6/20. Don't forget your name and membership number at the end. (see your AIR CREW card).
