EAT

We're so ready to scarf down a couple of dozen of wings from The Great Lost Bear. So many choices! Will it be Cajun, Buffalo or Thai wings tonight? All good options, but the surprise winner is PB&J wings, with its salty-sweet blend of peanut and sweet chili sauces. The Bear is open for take-out, Wednesday through Saturday, 4 to 8 p.m. Order by phone, 772-0300.

DRINK

We were thrilled to hear that Wine Wise Sails will start once again, beginning July 1. Join Sommelier Erica Archer aboard a schooner for a scenic tour of Portland Harbor, while tasting a variety of wines around a theme. She'll make sure everyone participates safely, and you'll enjoy the views and the vintages. The schedule is still being worked out, so check the website for updates.

LUCKY

Even small actions can make a difference. This week, there's a movement to make books by Black authors take over the bestseller lists. Spread the joy of supporting and reading diverse voices of fiction, nonfiction, cooking, history and other genres. If you've read a book you love, crowd websites with five-star reviews and positive language. Some of our favorite reads include The Cooking Gene by culinary historian Michael Twitty; My Sister, the Serial Killer by Oyinkan Braithwaite; Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi; Michelle Obama's Becoming and anything by Zadie Smith. #blackoutbestsellerlist
