The Great Trail brand was introduced in 2016 as we were approaching connection. Since you are one of the many groups that helped us to implement the brand across Canada, we would like to invite you to take a short survey.

The survey will only take a few minutes to complete, but it will greatly assist us in envisioning our path forward as inclusively as possible!  

As a way of saying thanks, we will offer five (5) randomly selected participants a coupon for a pair of boots or shoes from KEEN! After the survey, you will be prompted to provide your name and email address so that we can contact the winners.

The survey will conclude on Sunday, June 21, and a random draw for the coupons will take place after that date.
