What you need to know about our
Online Studio
starting from 22nd June.

Our studio doors opening sees changes to our online studio and passes, detailed below.
All Unlimited Passes and Memberships include access to our
200+ online classes.

All passes can be found here.

Accessing our ONLINE STUDIO for
Live-Stream and On-demand Classes

Starting 22nd June, the online studio is available to all active
Unlimited Members and Unlimited Pass holders.
(Limited Class Passes (eg 10 class pass) will be for in studio classes only.)

Please book into your chosen live-stream classes via our app,
then simply login to the online studio when it's time (see below).

For unlimited passes with access to both studio classes and online classes, use our app or pricing page of the website to secure your pass.
(This is our booking system).

Studio & Online Membership

Once you have your unlimited membership or pass, you will need to register for our online studio (this is our online teaching system) so requires a new login. Best to use the same email address in both our booking system and teaching system when you set up this new login.

One Month Unlimited Online - $100 for 31 days

How to Access our
Online Studio and Live-Stream Classes

On the home page of our on-line studio, select
> Sign In (top right)
> Create a new account (if you haven't already done so)
(once you are registered and you have your unlimited pass, please be in touch for access)

When you have access, please search through the classes, you can search by class type or teacher. Your favourite classes are just a click away.

To access the Live Stream Classes, simply log in to the Online Studio and select 'my dashboard':

In the Search Bar, type in the day of the week for your live stream classes
(you will notice the online studio refers to classes as 'courses', this can not be changed)

Select the class you are looking for:

When you select the Live Stream class, zoom will open... please select Allow.

Zoom should automatically open:

If Zoom does not automatically open, in the left hand menu, under the live stream class is a tab: 'ZOOM NOT OPENING?'... select that:

Copy and paste the link (shown in orange) into your web browser.

ENJOY!

all classes in our Online Studio for 24 hours. $20.

ensure you are registered in our online studio - teaching system
Open https://the-retreat-yoga.thinkific.com
Sign In (top right)
'My Dashboard' (top right)
Use 'Search Bar' (right) and type 'Day of week'
Select your class
Zoom should automatically open
If Zoom does not open, select the 'ZOOM NOT OPENING?' tab (listed below the Live Stream Class) - copy and paste link into web browser.
