Who'd have thought
Hi <<First Name>>,
I know I'm stating the obvious, but the last few months have been extraordinary.
At the beginning of 2020, who'd have thought that so much would change.
We've been shocked.
Felt scared.
And reconsidered our direction.
That said, it's also been a time of wonder.
Much of what's happened is delivering new ways of doing, thinking and being.
And that's not all bad.
It's caused us to move from where we were, to a 'somewhere' new... that still feels a little odd and misfitting, but shows new opportunities for success, hope and joy.
For me, I've always loved the potential held in things - the beginnings - like we're in now, when anything is possible and nothing can disappoint.
So what have I been doing? Drowned in a deep-dive infrastructure tender and only came up for air this month. Thought some. Knitted more socks. Cooked. Cleaned.
What will I now pursue? The beginnings of things - brands, messaging, books. Legacy-leaving work. Identity narratives. Still not shaving my legs.
And of course, the yarn that'll produce the next pair of wonderous socks...
Stay well
Di
PS: I work from a home office, so yell if you'd like to share a virtual cuppa over Skype or Zoom.
