I'm Adam Millsap, Senior Fellow at CKI with a focus on economic opportunity.
Along with Tom Romeo, I am managing the Alternative Regulatory Frameworks for Health Diagnostics and Drug Approvals Incubator.
My work focuses on issues related to economic opportunity, including fiscal policy, labor policy, health care policy, and regulatory reform. If you’re interested in reading a selection of my research, regular pieces can be found on the Forbes contribution page.
My intent for the Alternative Regulatory Frameworks for Health Diagnostics and Drug Approvals Incubator is to encourage innovative, safe solutions for creating more efficient processes for regulating drugs and medical devices.

I'm Tom Romeo, Program Officer for Technology and Innovation at CKI.
My work focuses on health care and transportation policy issues. In this role, I work toward providing a framework for flexible governance of technology, its advancement, and uses to benefit society. I also advise in strategy development.
My intent for the Alternative Regulatory Frameworks for the Health Diagnostics and Drug Approvals Incubator is to connect with more scholars who have ideas that may be helpful in formulating a policy framework that allows for a faster FDA approval process that maintains patient safety. I am particularly interested in cross-disciplinary collaboration and ideas from multiple fields of study.
