New ACSSJ Online Course Sharing Consortium

In June, the Association of Colleges of Sisters of St. Joseph (ACSSJ) in partnership with Acadeum launched a new ACSSJ online course sharing consortium.  The online course sharing consortium will provide increased access for students to take courses at sister institutions for the 2020-2021 academic year.   Chestnut Hill College, Elms College, Fontbonne University, Mount Saint Mary's University, St. Joseph's College and The College of Saint Rose are engaged in the new partnership.

Addressing the Needs of our Time
More than ever, addressing the racial injustices prevalent in our society is critical.  Each member campus has responded and continues to respond. Member campuses have issued statements, held virtual discussions, adapted academic learning for the coming year, and more. Visit member campus websites and social media pages to see how the response.

The US Federation of Sisters of St. Joseph offers great antiracism resources for learning including action alerts, articles, and prayers.

Le Puy Student Pilgrimage Reunion

The Association of Colleges of Sisters of St. Joseph offered it's first Le Puy Student Pilgrimage in June 2018.  Two students from each member campus were selected to spend a week in Le Puy, France learning about the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Two years later, the group met on zoom to reconnect, share how the pilgrimage is still making an impact, and discuss how the founding Sisters may have responded to events of today and how the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph is relevant today, more than ever. The group also celebrated graduations, new jobs, moves, and other life transitions. ACSSJ plans to offer another student pilgrimage in 2022.
