Principe Corsini
The award-winning Principe Corsini brand is synonymous with quality and excellence. The Corsini lineage, with nine centuries of history, is an ancient Florentine family that boasts illustrious ancestors including a Pope, Clement XII, and a saint, Andrea Corsini bishop of Fiesole. The history of the Corsini family is linked to that of two prestigious estates: the elegant Villa Le Corti and Tenuta Marsiliana. In the production of wine and olive oil within the properties of Villa Le Corti in the Chianti Classico and Tenuta Marsiliana in Maremma, there is a perfect balance between agriculture and conservation.
The ultimate goal of Villa Le Corti is to produce high quality Chianti Classico, a distinctive wine that is able to accurately express the territory of origin with finesse and elegance, while respecting the environment, seasonality, the rhythms of nature and, above all, the holistic health of the vines. For this reason, since 2013, the estate has chosen to cultivate all of their vineyards following the rules of organic farming and winemaking.
Château de l'Escarelle
Passionate about sustainable development, Yann Pineau, the owner of Château de l'Escarelle since 2014, fell in love with Coteaux Varois en Provence, a setting surrounded by wilderness with the scents of thyme, rosemary and lavender. The property's 100 hectares of vines flourish in a beautiful protected green setting of 1,000 hectares. The vines are planted on soil consisting of limestone pebbles, on terraces separated by dry-stone walls at an altitude of up to 500 metres, harmoniously following the shape of Escarelle's hills and montagne de la Loube. This variation in altitude contributes to the terroir's special character, enabling the vinification of very expressive wines, thereby defining Escarelle's unique, sophisticated signature.

The soul of the Villa Le Corti, condensed in the expression of the most authentic character of the San Casciano Val di Pesa hills in Chianti Classico, with Sangiovese and its sparring partners, Colorino and Canaiolo. An intense ruby red wine that reveals character, clarity and precision, with fresh and spicy opening aromas of mint and crunchy red berries framed with orange nuances. The floral uniqueness of the violets and irises adds a gentle peppery touch, with an iridescent texture and structure, and a fresh progression in balance with delicious and refined tannins.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with seasoned cured meats, grilled veg, and medium mature cheeses.

Very easy to drink and appealing, Birillo IGT Costa Toscana could even be described as a ‘mini-Super Tuscan’. A full and vibrant fragrant aromatic ensemble of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes ripened under the sun of the Maremma, representing the power, depth, colour, refinement and aromas characteristic of a Super Tuscan. Scents of violets and black cherries with a sweet note of cinnamon compliment an intense flavour of blueberry jam. The maturity of the forest fruits is refreshed on the palate by agile and defined tannins, and harmonious notes of fine herbs with myrtle and laurel, giving a pleasant vitality.

This vibrant, light pink rosé is a true pleasure. The nose is delicate, expressing clementine citrus and soft red fruits, with a just hint of herbaceousness, reminiscent of walking by a raspberry patch. Instantly refreshing with raspberry and currant notes and an underlying orange citrus tang. Sophisticated, with enough weight to be a go-to rosé all summer long.
