COVID-19 Risk assessment
The Covid-19 risk assessment should run alongside your business's Food Safety Management System. Food businesses which are restarting, or have made changes should review and, where necessary, update their systems (SFBB, HACCP or similar) to demonstrate how coronavirus affected the food safety within their business. Further changes to business's operation are very likely in the nearest future and therefore reviewing and updating your system is a continual process going forward.
