Re-Opening Survey
 We have prepared a "Re-Opening Survey" in order to get your responses to some important questions. We expect completing the survey will take about 15 -- 20 minutes. Your views and feelings are important to church leaders as we try to responsibly plan for what in-person worship will look like once progress against the Covid-19 Pandemic allows us to take such steps.
If you prefer to remain anonymous, you may print the survey here and mail your completed copy to the church address: 1550 Pacific Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95404
Whether you take the survey online, or mail a printed copy to us, we would be most grateful if you would please complete the survey by Sunday July 5. This will provide our Re-Opening Task Force time to compile the results and make a recommendation to Session.
