Hello in Tongan. Last week's Spike News open rate increased by 15%. Wow!

People must really like new desktop backgrounds. Check out the subject line - "Procedurally shaped desktop backgrounds, the democracy of speed and more...".

Quite a mouthful but it described exactly what to expect and worked well. Are you paying attention to your subject lines? You should come up with at least 2 or 3 before you choose the one to send with.

This week I am getting near the end of cleaning up 448 articles on the Spike Blog. SEO is still something you really have to pay attention to. I've been working on spike.co.nz since April focusing it on email marketing. It's getting results. Results for me are people contacting me who we can work with. If you want more customers it might be time to review your SEO.

Craftmanship is something sorely missing from this world these days. For the Japanese the idea of practicing something until you're a Master has been held in high regard. The young are no longer interested so seeing an old Master at work almost brings Guy Martin to tears.

Thanks for reading and have an awesome week :)

Best regards,
Glenn
